Terms and conditions of sale and use for the Aristopattes.fr website

  • Order Terms
     

For any questions regarding Products or orders, you can contact our customer service by clicking on the "Contact Us" link.

The site allows you to order online via the internet from Aristopattes, a selection of Products for collection or delivery under the terms specified below.

 

  • Product Availability
     

The offers for Products are valid while stocks last. At the time of order validation, there may be a difference between the available inventory displayed and the actual stock (e.g., due to simultaneous orders of the same product by multiple customers).

The sale is thus conditioned by the availability of Products in stock. Additionally, Aristopattes.fr retains ownership of the Products until payment is made. The availability date of a pre-ordered Product will be explicitly stated on the product page. If the availability date changes, you will be immediately informed by email and/or via your customer account.

In the event of a Product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible, offering either to order another Product as a replacement or to cancel your order.

Aristopattes.fr assumes no responsibility for stock shortages or Product unavailability. Aristopattes.fr reserves the right to change the Products offered on the Site and/or by phone at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders
     

​Aristopattes reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer involved in a dispute regarding a previous order or if Aristopattes.fr reasonably believes the customer has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities, or for any other legitimate reason.

  • Deliveries


When placing an order, we will provide you with the delivery timeline, which will be confirmed in the shipping confirmation of your order. The delivery time indicated below starts from the email confirming your order shipment, and it may be extended in exceptional circumstances.

Orders placed on non-business days will result in the delivery timeframe being shifted to the next business day.

Aristopattes reserves the right to split deliveries. In such cases, your credit or payment card will be charged in portions corresponding to the Products actually shipped, and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment, as stated in your order summary. Orders including a personalized Product are subject to specific delivery timelines, communicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery times vary by region: France, 3 to 6 business days; Worldwide, 3 to 11 business days. Note that some items, such as those requiring personalization, may have longer processing and delivery times. Delivery fees also vary by region: €2.90 in France, €4 internationally. Delivery is free for orders over €50.

  • Delivery Issues


If the delivery timeframe is not respected, you can request Aristopattes to proceed with delivery within a reasonable additional period. If delivery does not occur within this extended timeframe, you may cancel the order in writing.

If delivery is essential for your purchase, as specified at the time of order, you can cancel immediately if the deadline is missed. Aristopattes will reimburse all payments within 14 days of contract termination. If the Product is received after cancellation, you must return it.

  • Right of Withdrawal


You have a legal right of withdrawal as per Articles L221-18 and L221-20 of the French Consumer Code. You may exercise this right under the conditions laid out therein without needing to justify your reasons or pay penalties.

In exercising your withdrawal right or in case of non-conformity of the Product, you may return the purchased Product(s) requesting an exchange or refund under the terms described in Article 6 returns and exchanges.

  • Returns and Exchanges
     

a. Returns
Products must be returned from a country within the Delivery Zone and under the conditions below. Aristopattes is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays for returns outside the Delivery Zone or those not following these guidelines.

Additional fees (e.g., customs duties) for returns outside the Delivery Zone will be your responsibility. In exercising the right of withdrawal, Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including the orange box and shipping carton, along with the purchase invoice or a copy for partial returns.

Returns for exchange or refund are free when using our selected carriers and pre-paid return labels. You can initiate a return by logging into your account and clicking "Return or Exchange Items" under "Your Orders."

b. Exchanges
For exchanges, specify the replacement Product(s) in the dedicated field. If the replacement Product(s) cost more than the returned items, you must pay the price difference using a secure credit card payment.

If the replacement Product(s) cost less, the difference will be refunded. Note that refunds for gifts can only be requested by the original purchaser.

c. Refunds
Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned Product(s). A confirmation email will be sent. The refund, including initial delivery fees, will be issued using the original payment method and currency.

Note that your bank may take up to 10 business days to process the refund. Aristopattes cannot expedite this independent process.

  • Applicable Law and Disputes


In case of a dispute regarding an order, individual consumers may opt for mediation or an alternative dispute resolution method.

You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform under Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/. Mediation is an alternative mechanism and not a prerequisite for taking legal action.
